I saw either a kite or a bird trying to take flight but tethered. Ideas have launched today but are tied down by lack of information.

Spots as if on a dice - 1 and 2. And another cup revealed 4 spots in a square. A lucky day for gambling I'd say...£13 won on lottery games today.
